The BOM and the iLevil 3 AW are FAA NORSEE approved.
The Astro Link is a backup portable device; therefore, it doesn't need FAA approval.
The iLevil AP is only intended for experimental and light-sport aircraft. If you fly a certified aircraft, we recommend our FAA NORSEE Approved iLevil 3 AW or the BOM.
You may only use our devices as a backup system on IFR and VFR conditions on Certified Aircraft and as a primary VFR on experimental and light-sport.

I received my BOM back after Levil installing their latest slow speed turbine. The first slow speed turbine did not fit my mission as I own a super Cub and normally fly in the mountains at less than 80 mph. The new slow speed turbine seems to be appropriately charging where the old slow speed turbine was not. I have not had the opportunity to fly that much with the new turbine with Alaska winter but so far so good.
You all were awesome to work with. But still having some issues with the new unit. Presently in California will be in Omaha in about three weeks. Then will call and see if you can help resolve these issues. Thanks so much
The RMA process is fairly straightforward, albeit expensive and time consuming to have to take the unit to UPS or some such. We are sending our unit back a second time for further analysis, as the problem was not reproduced on the bench and the device is still not usable.
Seems my main issues were a bad wifi chip. The new upgrade is stable so far.
My two month old Levil Astro stopped working. The unit was repaired or replaced in a couple of weeks including shipping and now works perfectly. Thanks Levil
